Each item is uniquely handcrafted. Variations in natural materials (e.g. mother-of-pearl patterns, stone formations) and gold plating textures are intentional artistic features – not defects.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Natural variations compared to product photos
Subjective dissatisfaction with craftsmanship
Color changes due to wear or environmental exposure
