Each item is uniquely handcrafted. Variations in natural materials (e.g. mother-of-pearl patterns, stone formations) and gold plating textures are intentional artistic features – not defects.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Returns/exchanges are strictly prohibited for:

  • Natural variations compared to product photos

  • Subjective dissatisfaction with craftsmanship

  • Color changes due to wear or environmental exposure

All damage claims must:

4. Covered Damages
